Great article, as all of you work, thanks! Just wondering if you have studied Neymar technique and his incredible high rate these last years: one missed penalty since he signed in Paris! https://www.transfermarkt.com/neymar/elfmetertore/spieler/68290

Thank you Jerome! Yes, I will be looking at Neymar in a future edition. He has a great technique and goalkeepers hate to face him! Don't forget to subscribe so you don't miss out. Thanks! Ben

Taking a penalty is the easiest task. The best penalty taker in history was an amateur footballer playing for the team "Robinhood" in Suriname (a small dutch country on the northeast coast of Brazil) called Arnold Miller (now deceased), nickname "Sebeda". His penalty conversion ratio was I think 100%, I have never seen him miss a penalty ever! He would walk toward the ball VERY calmly (he never ran) and then simply locked in his eyes with the keeper (never taking his eyes away from the keeper), and then "gently and softly" place the ball in the opposite direction of where the keeper was going. Keeper going left, he stuck it to the right, keeper going right, he put it to the left. He scored EVERY single penalty as far as I know. He was called "the penalty specialist", Messi should watch his videos and learn from him.

Thanks for letting me know about this player! Have to admit, I have never heard of him. Do you have any footage of him taking penalties? As for penalties being easy, I think Messi proves that's not always the case! Thanks, Ben
